About the Role
As the Admin and Finance Support, you will be responsible for providing administrative and financial support to our online learning platform. You will work closely with the our directors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the business. You will be working remotely, so you must be comfortable with working independently and be highly organized.
Key Responsibilities:Â
Finance:Â
Assist in financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.Â
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.Â
Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Â
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.Â
Administration:Â
Be the first point of contact for students, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and resolving issues as needed.Â
Assist with managing the school register, including updating student records and maintaining accurate attendance records.Â
Provide administrative support to tutors and students, including helping with preparing course materials and managing online learning platforms.Â
Manage calendars and schedule appointments for senior management.Â
Website and Social Media Management:Â
Help in manage the company website, ensuring that it is up-to-date and user-friendly.Â
Help in creating and curating content for the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.Â
Monitor social media activity and respond to comments and inquiries.Â
Analyse social media metrics and adjust content and strategy as needed.Â
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate them into the company's social media strategy.Â
Requirements
Knowledge and background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, computing or related field.Â
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Â
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Â
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Â
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Â
Attention to detail and accuracy.Â
Prior experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an educational setting, is a plus.Â
Experience with website management and social media management is preferred.Â
