About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive technical support to our educators and parents to ensure a seamless and effective online learning experience. The IT Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues within our virtual classroom environment.
Requirements
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to Microsoft Teams and other educational technologies used at i-eSchool.
Train staff and parents on the use of Microsoft Teams for education, ensuring they can navigate and utilize all features effectively.
Troubleshoot software and hardware problems, resolving technical issues via phone, email, or remote assistance.
Maintain and update technical documentation and operating procedures.
Collaborate with the technical team to enhance system functionality and educational tools.
Ensure compliance with all software licensing and data protection laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT support, preferably in an educational or remote work setting.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams and its integration into educational environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and friendly approach to support.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively across multiple tasks.
